At House of Lehengas, we always strives hard to deliver you the perfect ethnic outfit with fabulous fitting which you easily flaunt on various occasions, but sometimes the resolutions might vary amongst different screens, and this is why the color might look a bit different when compared to the actual color of the product in the picture. This is why; a certain degree of variation in the color should be tolerated by the customers. But still if you want to return the product due to unsatisfaction, then you need to note the below conditions while returning products to House of Lehengas (HOL).
1. Product should be unused.
2. All original tags should not be removed from the product
3. The original invoice should be returned along with the product
3. Wrong product delivered
First of all, you need to raise your return query to our customer care team via e-mail email@example.com within 3 days of order delivery. Please don’t forget to write your order number in subject of mail along with your return reason.
For any queries you can contact us on: (+91-8238768553) and this is the only number we have. Please dont call on any other number for any queries and don't provide any OTP/Card details. We are not liable if anyone asks your OTP/card details when you call on other number.
Please allow house of lehengas customer care team at least 24-28 hours to check and revert to your return query.
Once your return query is checked by house of lehengas customer care team, we will send you an email regarding the return instructions.
Kindly note that customer can return the product only after the receiving confirmation of house of lehengas customer care team via e-mail. If we found a returned product without any confirmation with house of lehengas customer care team then we will not accept the return.
While returning product to us, customer must have to self-courier the product to house of lehengas warehouse address after receiving return confirmation by house of lehengas customer care team via e-mail. In this scenario, the shipping costs would be borne by customer itself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping & other handling charges would be deducted from your total order amount.
At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
Upon the acceptance of your returned product in house of lehengas warehouse, you will receive your refund through HOL wallet only which can used to purchase any other outfit from house of lehengas website.
It is compulsory to communicate with house of lehengas customer care team via e-mail if you want to return product to house of lehengas warehouse. If you sent the product without receiving return instructions from house of lehengas customer care team, then we will not accept the return.
HOL don’t provide reverse pickup facility. It is mandatory for customer to self-courier the product to house of lehengas warehouse after receiving returning instructions to our e-mail
Please note no return will be allowed on products which are sold during any sale on house of lehengas website.
As we receive the parcel we will give reward points to your HOL wallet after deducting a nominal charge for order processing.
The Products which are returned to us must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the products, please make sure that products are returned with the original condition and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund will only be issued only after through a quality check of the product.
